The Financial Therapist is a company run by Sukhi Arora, an Islington-based coach & financial therapist. Approached by Sukhi I was asked to design and develop a new website for this project.
Design – the use of warm colours was agreed to demonstrate approachable character of the therapist. We also used a photograph of Sukhi in the park as the header image to strengthen that message. There are two illustrations within the website: an orange tree where its fruits symbolise prosperity and an empty chair in the therapy room waiting for the viewer to take a seat.
Development – the website is based on Perch content management system and built with HTML, CSS and only one small snippet of JavaScript to open and close the menu in a mobile version.
