Process

Brief — at the beginning we'll discuss the requirements – your goals and what your website has to do. Every project is different and I need to know as many details as possible to give you a quotation.

Estimate — once I know that, I'll provide you with an estimate and an approximate time of completion.

Deposit — if you decide to go ahead I'll send you an invoice asking to make an initial payment of 50%. When it's made I'll be ready to work on your project.

Research — I always start with research in order to find out as much as possible about your business and its competitors. That will give me more idea how to create the right website for you.

Content — meanwhile, I'll expect you to provide the content: copy, images, etc. If you need help with creating your content I can liaise you with relevant professionals.

Design — depending on the project, I'll either create static visuals or interactive prototypes to show you the results of my work. You'll be able to collaborate and I will expect you to give feedback during this time.

Development — if you're happy with the look and feel of the initial design we'll move forward to the development phase. You will still be able to view and review the work in progress on regular basis.

Testing — once the website is developed I'll test it on various devices and browsers before launching.

Training — at the end of the process I'll provide you with short training on how to use your content management system so you can edit and add new content to your website.
